Injuries are difficult to deal with as they stop you doing the things you love doing and in some circumstances, even more practically can stop you from being able to manage normal daily activities/ go to work/your ability to work as effectively.
Often, the biggest obstacle to sometimes overcome, isn’t always the injury itself - but the way we navigate our mindset around our injury. It can be easy to build a ‘Victim’ or Limited Mindset’, rather than a ‘growth’ and more positive one. And it can really make a difference. Having a limited mindset / acting upon it/ can actually in some cases this can actually make an injury worse, so mindset is key, not only in terms of coping with an injury, but also potentially can influence the time span of an injury too.
