How to Deadlift

Keep the bar path in line with shoulders and elbows and mid part of foot all alligned
Feet shin tight to the bar! Sumo stance to keep torso in a more upright position!
Push hips back, over/under hand grip - imagine pushing feet through the floor away from you
Engage lats as you drive bar off the floor and up and bring hips forwards to meet the bar as you lock it out!
Think, Hips, Shoulders, Lats, Elbows!
