High Protein Breakfast Ideas

Breakfasts tend to be a meal people either skip entirely or run out of ideas with.

My biggest piece of advice when it comes to breakfasts is to stop trying to reinvent the wheel!

Sometimes, we don’t need to completely change the overall foundation of the meal (the omelette, the eggs, the porridge for example…), but rather the ingredients, the way it’s cooked, the toppings etc - for example porridge with apple and cinammon is a great high protein and high volume filling way to start the day! When you get bored of that eventually, you can change the ingredients - porridge with yoghurt and granola - completely different consistency, taste and texture.

Use some of these ideas and once you’re tired of them, simply switch up a few ingredients, change what fruit you are adding, which toppings, etc - rather than the foundation of the meal entirely!
