In this workshop, we go through the concept of Emotional Eating - does it always have to come from a negative place? Typically when we ask clients to journal or keep food diaries, almost without any kind of prompt…they will say things like ‘I was naughty, I had cake yesterday…..’ ‘I was bad with food yesterday, I will be better today….’.
