WEIGHT LOSS V FAT LOSS (THE KEY DIFFERENCES)

Weight Loss & Fat Loss are not mutually exclusive.

Now don’t get me wrong, at some point, to lose a significant amount of body fat, the scales will eventually move - but initially, you can lose significant body fat and change your body composition but without the scales necessarily moving. Especially for smaller women who maybe do not have a lot of weight to lose - focusing on body recomposition rather than scale weight is hugely important as as we know. The scales fluctuating or not moving could be due to a variety of factors (sodium intake, hormonal factors, inflammation of muscles after training etc).

In this webinar, we talk about the differences between Fat Loss v Weight Loss and how/why you should focus on NSV (Non Scale Victories) too!
