Then with a focus on chemical energy, we will look at how we use the different energy systems (aerobic, glycolytic, anerobic) and the benefits they have to improve our overall health and fitness and performance!

We also talk about different Heart Rate Training Zones.

There’s a lot of talk these days about ‘Zone 2 Training’ and ‘Fat Burning Zones’ - but what does this actually mean?
